This superjeep tour will take you to historical places and many of the natural wonders that Iceland has to offer, including the phenominal Northern Lights.

The first stop of the day is at Þingvellir national park, where the oldest parlament in the world was founded in the year 930. The park is located on top of the tectonic plate junction between the Eurasian tectonic plate and the North American tectonic plate. The seperation of these plates has created a canion called Almannagjá and you will have the oppotunity to walk through „no mans land“ and pass from one continent to another.

From Þingvellir national park we will continue our journey to the famous Gullfoss waterfall . Gullfoss is one of the biggest  waterfalls in Iceland  and falls in two steps with total height of 32 meters . There we will take  time to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenario before continuing on  to Geysir where you will walk through the geothermal area  and explore the amazing hot water springs and see the magnificent Strokkur spout water 20 meters into the air.

The last stop before having dinner at Tryggvaskáli, will be at Kerið, Kerið is a volcanic crater near  the town of Selfoss and  is one of several crater lakes in the area, known as the Western volcanic zone.

And finally to  complete the perfect day we will take you for an amazing night, in the wild Icelandic nature and find the best possible spots to get a good view of this spectacular phenomenon called the Northern Lights. Just be prepared to be breath taken as you watch them dance before your eyes and even changing colors on a good night, you are in for the night of your lifetime.
